Unregistered – users can print from, access and search the RoRo Lock website without charge provided they agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this statement. Material that is included within the free areas will be clearly declared.
Registered – to purchase any products provided on this site, and receive a higher level of support, users must first register with the RoRo Lock website.

RoRo Lock may from time to time use automatically retrieved information from anonymous sources to update the content and/or operation of the website. In addition, RoRo Lock may from time to time use personal information submitted by the user at any location in its web site. Please see the privacy statement for more information.

RoRo Lock may use technology to aid the processing of your order and/or track the browsing patterns of our site visitors, which can include "cookies" which would be temporarily stored on your computer during the order process. Information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your Internet browser settings, which you can do if you wish to disable these and prevent this from happening. You should be aware however, that if you do so, then this may prevent you from ordering products from RoRo Lock online. RoRo Lock shall also not be liable for any damages or losses, arising in contract, tort or otherwise; including lost profits, loss of business, or data; business interruption, damages and/or other consequential losses that result from your use of or inability to use the service, and/or from any action taken by you as a direct result of using material provided on the RoRo Lock website. This includes sites accessed through links from the RoRo Lock website.

Refund and Returns
RoRo Lock operates a ‘no-quibbles’ guarantee and will replace in full any damaged or faulty item(s). Notification should be received by RoRo Lock of the problem within 14 days of receipt. Contact our Returns Team at: jayinnovations@hotmail.com. If the return is due to an error made by Jay Innovations ltd, postage shall also be refunded. For your own protection, you are recommended to return any items using a registered postage facility. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s).

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of England and any arising disputes resulting from the use of the RoRo Lock website shall be dealt with in the English Courts.
